Recovering From Helene
Our Area took a hard hit from the Hurricane. Some of our properties were minimally damaged but we repaired most of the damage and are just waiting for the others to be fixed by other people but they are all available to rent and have power, water and WiFi. Here are some before and after pictures of our properties. The area will be a while before it gets completely back to normal but the Biltmore is reopening On Nov 2nd 2024. Many of the downtown retail and restaurants will be open by then as well.
