Cancellation Policy

If you don’t take the cancelation policy and we are able to rebook your nights, we will give up a rain check to come at different dates excluding October and Holidays the rain check is good for up to a year. If you take the cancelations assurance policy we will give full refunds(minus the cancellation assurance policy fee, you must book through our website and take the policy out at time of booking) which is 10% of the total price of your stay. We feel it is a better option for you than us charging a cancellation fee like other properties do. In most cases it is more affordable. There is an option during this reservation process to take out cancellation assurance policy. If you do not take this out upon booking there will be no refunds for cancellations for any reason.

Deposit Policy

We charge half of your stay now (unless your stay is within 30 days then we charge the entire amount) Upon Reserving this property you relieve Cabins of Asheville LLC of any responsibility, including death or injury from any thing you use or do while staying with us. There are many things of danger while here at Cabins of Asheville including but not limited to the hot tub, fireplace, snakes, bears, deer, and general mountain dangers. Your credit card is charged 50% when you reserve your cabin and the remaining 50% One month prior to your stay. If your stay is within one month the entire balance is charged to your card. Your price per night does not include a 7% sales tax, 6% room tax and a $65($75 for cottages) dollar cleaning fee and a $40($50 for cottages) dollar pet fee if you bring your pet. Cleaning fee and pet fee are per stay not per night. We will charge your credit card if you or your pet damage or steal anything from our cabins or cabin property. Which we have never had to and hope we never do. No Smoking inside the properties. No Candles inside or outside of the properties. Check-in is at 3pm or later and Check out is 11am or earlier. Please do not add anything to the hottubs ie (soaps, bubble baths, oils). No refunds will be given for power, internet, hot tub, water or other utility outages or inclement weather we are in the mountains and things go out we do our best to keep things running smoothly (some of these items may be covered by your travel insurance if you choose to get it). Had a fantastic weekend trip! The hot tub was amazing with the views.. Cabin stayed the perfect temperature the entire time and even had a small space heater just incase. Eric responded right away when I let him know my ETA, other then that everything was as described in the listing. I will definitely be back!

The Sweet Thang was just what we needed. My boyfriend and I had the best weekend here with our dog. It was just the perfect cabin for us. Peaceful, quiet, clean and open inside, and the hot tub!!! I recommend this cabin if you’re looking for a nice, new place for two people, and/or a dog. We drove about 33 minutes to Chimney Rock one day. I loved every bit of our trip here. We didn’t want to leave, but we will be back!

Our stay was very nice! Beautiful view! For a small cabin it had a good amount of space. And the way the cabin is positioned it felt like we were the only cabin around. This is a great place to unwind and relax. It was very clean! Highly recommended!

It was my first time booking an airbnb and I had a great experience! Everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend this host!! The pictures matched with the property and it was very peaceful.
