Loved spending our New Years Eve in the Hot Tub! It was so peaceful and surrounded by such beauty. Very dog friendly- Our pup felt at home. Our spot was very secluded and we felt at home. The grill was also very useful!

My wife and I had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was perfect, and it was clear the host really cared about making the experience enjoyable. Communication was easy, and check-in was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay.

A great get away for a birthday weekend. Plenty of hiking and views near the cabin. Hot tub was star of the show. Great place to relax.

I like that “ it’s about me” so my experience is based on my quality. Sometimes you rather live alone until you upgrade- your merit and ethics prior to travel.

It was a great cabin to stay in. The views were spectacular, even though the trees had leaves on them. Many of the jets in the hot tub were not working, and the aerator valves would not work. We were not able to start the dishwasher because it was stuck in lockout mode. The door going onto the deck from the outside needs to be repaired. It cannot be locked. But, overall we enjoyed our stay and would return to see more of the area.

The view from the wrap around porch is ridiculous. Just trees.

This cabin was a lovely, quiet space not far from Asheville. The deck and hot tub had gorgeous views of the forest with valleys and peaks just beyond. Birds sang all day and tree frogs kept us company in the evenings. Even though the weather was cool and rainy for our summer weekend, we had a wonderful stay with our dogs and would do it again in a heartbeat.

We loved Pisgah Paws! My husband and I took our two dogs for a quick weekend getaway. The cabin was very clean and as pictured. We enjoyed the closed-in large front porch and even got to watch a thunderstorm. It was so peaceful and quiet. We also loved being only 4 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. We didn’t want to leave because we had such a good experience. Can’t wait to visit again!

We have stayed here a few times over the years and always enjoy the serenity of being in a remote location in the mountains. Always a great experience to stay here.

We stayed at Pisgah Paws during our visit to Asheville and really enjoyed the peaceful mountain setting. It was a quiet, cozy escape—perfect for a relaxing weekend away. The cabin had everything we needed and was overall a nice place to stay.

There were a couple of small issues—the bedroom door was off the tracks and wouldn’t close or lock properly, and the outdoor light above the hot tub was burnt out, which made it hard to use at night.

One other note: the $65 cleaning fee felt a bit excessive considering guests are asked to start laundry for any used towels or linens, take out the trash, and run the dishwasher before leaving. We’re happy to help keep things tidy, but with those responsibilities, the fee seemed a little steep.

All in all, a lovely spot to unplug and enjoy the mountains—just a few things that could make the experience even better!

This place was so clean and beautiful especially in person. It was so quiet for me and my boyfriend and my dog loved it also.

Everything was perfect

The place was very lovely and clean. The hot tub was nice and hot and the views were incredible. Loved that this cabin was at the very top of the road and felt more secluded with a Western facing view.

We always love staying at these cabins, it's our favorite vacation spot. We love the privacy and the wonderful views from the hottub and the cabins. We will return soon!

At first, getting to the place at night was a little difficult, my girlfriend wasn’t happy with the roads haha. Overall the air bnb and area itself was great! Very peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was great, and so was the grill after a long day! They have a memories book from previous guest, and we surely enjoyed reading it and writing our own memories! We will definitely be back!

A peaceful little getaway for a nice time of rest.

Great stay! The cabin was just what we were looking for.

This is a perfect spot to stay between the nature and the city. Very secluded spot with a handful of other cabins around but none in the line of site of the cabin porch so it feels like you are the only ones around. 20 minutes from West Asheville and 30 minutes from downtown Asheville. 15 to minutes to get up to the parkway with access to all the nature you can dream of. A nice hot tub to relax in after a long day of hiking with views of the trees all around.
Pet friendly cabin with a pet friendly community. Plenty of spots to walk the dogs in the cabin community if you walk down the roads a little bit and explore some.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful and it was nice to get away.

We needed a quick getaway. Our vacation was originally scheduled for the SC coast and due to Tropical storm Debby, we had to leave our original condo. We decided to go inland to the mountains. We found this cabin, just perfect for the two of us. So quiet and peaceful on the deck. It was just enough for us.

We had an incredibly peaceful anniversary getaway. Everything was as described, and we were pleasantly surprised to have our expectations exceeded! Thank you!

Beautiful cabin! Private deck and hot tub. The bed is a little uncomfortable and makes noise every time you move. The pans in the kitchen weren’t great to cook on. But the cabin was clean and in a great location. Would stay again

The bed really needs to be replaced. I slept on the couch because it was more comfortable. It was nice having a hot tub but only half of the jets worked on it. It was private and quiet we enjoyed ourselves overall. There could’ve been extra blankets. The air conditioner didn’t seem to run very often. Luckily for us it wasn’t too hot. It seemed like we did all the cleanup like washing the sheets.

The cabin and jacuzzi were just what we needed to unwind and have some one-on-one time. Thank you!

Beautiful View

The good: The cabin is at the top of the property, and one of the last on the hill. You can see Blue Ridge and Mt. Pisgah from the deck. The location is secluded but not too far away from everything. The ascent was steep but my sedan managed it okay. The hot tub was pretty clean, and it was great to hop in after a hike. Definitely the best part of the trip. The kitchen had all the basics. WiFi was surprisingly decent. Overall, the good aspects make this cabin worth the price.

The bad: The other reviews are not exaggerating about the bed. I've slept on ground that was softer than that bed... Somehow, the futon was softer! My boyfriend and I were extremely sore every morning we were here, which really put a damper on the whole trip. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired... We discovered dried dog poop under the futon upon check-in. Maybe it's just me, but if I owned vacation rentals I would make sure every nook and cranny was spotless before letting the next people check in...

Our stay in the cabin was smooth and quiet. It’s a nice secluded area. Didn’t even noticed the neighbors. The directions at first were a bit confusing cause I mapped it based on the “Get Directions” button that automatically comes up in the app which brought us to the general area of Candler but after taking a moment to read the check-in instructions, we’ve seen the actual address on that which took us right to the cabin. Besides that set back everything was smooth sailing.

The cabin was secluded and the hot tub was great. It’s about a half hour to downtown Asheville. My only complaint is the blanket situation and the very very hard bed. There needs to be extra blankets because it gets cold at night even with the heater on. The cleanliness of this place could be a little better too. The floors felt dirty and there was dog hair on the futon blanket. Overall we had a nice stay as Pisgah paws.

Pisgah Paws is the most relaxing place I’ve ever stayed. The private balcony with a hot tub was a win, especially with it being cold outside. The fireplace inside is VERY relaxing and cozy. We will definitely be back again.

This cabin was cute and cozy. Situated about 25-30 minutes away from retail, restaurants and tourist attractions. We had a lovely view and were very comfortable.

This cabin was an overall win! We would book from this host, and this cabin again. Some things for other visitors to keep in mind….

1. Bring your own extra pillows and blankets
2. Bring your own coffee for the coffee maker! (Most airbnbs I’ve been to have a little sample or something to get you through that first morning, but this one didn’t)
3. You will find stray puppy “glitter” (hair)
4. Mattress isn’t the best if you have back issues and such.

But to us, those are more minor things. The view, price, and privacy were so worth it! The cabin really was clean, despite the puppy hair, and we got good use out of the full kitchen. Would recommend to friends with a few pointers. ?

The Pisgah Paws cabin was a good stay. Far enough removed to be nice and quiet, but still within a reasonable drive to town. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was nice to have, however, the mattress in the bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, very hard. Additionally, there weren't very many blankets available, except for the comforter on the bed. In the colder months, it would be nice to have an extra blanket around. Otherwise, it was a nice stay, would do again.

My husband and I stayed at the cabin this past week for our first wedding anniversary/my birthday. The cabin was easy to find and the directions were clear. The cabin itself is so cute, we loved the wrap around porch surrounded by all the trees, it was definitely private. The private hot tub was the best part. The cabin was about a 25-30 minute drive to Asheville. To note from our stay: The sliding door to the bedroom did not close (it came off of the hinges when we tried to close it). To us, the bed itself wasn’t very comfortable, it was firm and squeaking every time we moved. Overall the stay was great we had a fun time, it was beautiful, and perfect for a peaceful couple getaway!

Great place in a great location. Perfect cabin for couples. It was clean and has everything we needed.

The location and cabin was great! I'm really grateful for the hot tub and happy to have Hulu live tv. I will say my guest reached the cabin first and it was a little confusing as to where the key lock was located. He was looking for it outside the cabin, maybe specify that you have to walk through the patio to the location of where the hot tub is. I really don't have any complaints because it was beautiful and very scenic. Very peaceful. My expectations match the photos. The wifi works great. I will probably look into getting this cabin again and be able to work from the cabin. Again, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice and relaxing cabin!

We had a wonderful time here and although we lost power within a couple hours of arriving due to a fallen tree, Eric was extremely helpful with who to contact in regards to that being fixed. We explored much of Asheville and loved the Biltmore and the NC Arboretum. Our last night in the cabin the hot tub wouldn't get above 97 degrees but with the cooler air it was still enjoyable. The cabin was perfect for us and the dogs. Love the seclusion this cabin offers.

Exactly what we were looking for

Between the location, the design, the atmosphere this was the perfect private getaway for a couple looking to relax, unplug, and explore Asheville.

The cabin was very peaceful and close to hiking trails. It was easy to check-in. Cute cabin to relax and grill.

First the good. The cabin was spotless. It was very cute. The spa was left on so I was nice and warm and ready for a dip

The bad. Although the cabin had a heater, the bedroom was freezing. The linen was insufficient and we were very cold. There was a spare blanket but even with that, we had an uncomfortable sleep.

Being a cabin for couples, there was one wine glass and a mixture of cups or jars to drink out of. There was a coffee machine but not even coffee to make in the morning when you wake up.

The Thing that irritated me the most was the $65 cleaning fee. Why would you charge this when we had to wash our own sheets, Take the trash in our car down to the dumpster and wash the dishes. I understand washing the dishes and leaving the cabin in a neat and tidy but washing the linen and taking out the trash? I could have stayed home to do this and then charge $65 cleaning fee? Seriously?

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting the Asheville area. it made for a perfect balance of fun exploring the city and then coming back to a very quiet and peaceful cabin to spend the evening. It has everything you could need for a short stay and is super cozy. Would stay here again!

We had the absolute best time at Pisgah Paws! The cabin was so clean when we arrived, the location was so beautiful and peaceful, and we loved every second we spent on the covered porch overlooking the mountains! The hot tub was so relaxing and all of the furniture was comfortable. It's about a 25 minute drive into downtown Asheville but it doesn't feel long at all because the drive is so pretty. We couldn't have had a better experience! We will definitely be back!!

Great cabin tucked away in Candler, but super close by car to everything in Asheville. The cabin was clean and quiet, and all communication with the hosts was clear and fast. We enjoyed our time here very much! It’s a beautiful place to visit in October.

Our little stay at this cabin was great! The cabin is just as we expected it to be. It is in a little area of other cabins, but still very secluded and quiet. Perfect way to relax while still being close enough to Asheville!

We had a lovely stay at Pigsah Paws! This is a peaceful location near beautiful landmarks on the Blue Ridge Parkway and not far from all Asheville has to offer. The host was flexible with our booking needs and our stay was very smooth/enjoyable. We would stay here again with our pups!

Perfect cabin in the woods with private large balcony overlooking forest and mountains with hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all of our meals and the grill fired up great.

Absolutely loved our cabin! So perfect for my dad, dog, and me. Extremely cozy. The location was beautiful and very peaceful. I enjoyed the drive to and from the cabin, and my small car got up and down the gravel roads with zero problems! Easy drive to hiking and Asheville. We’d definitely go back

Amazing place!!!

Lovely porch that wraps around the cabin with a hot tub which is always running! Very clean and easy to get into - minus the hairpin turn into the drive! Not sure how smaller cars would make it up the gravel hill. The bedroom stays pretty warm - AC doesn’t reach in there well and it’s only spring - can imagine it would get even hotter during the summer months. Overall it is a bit out of the way if necessary places so make sure you have groceries and everything you need before your stay.

This little cabin was perfect for a quick getaway with our pups. We were far enough from town that it was quiet, but not so far that we couldn’t easily get into Asheville.

This is a wonderful, clean, private, and secluded cabin in the woods. Everything about the cabin was perfect. The hot tub is totally private and overlooks the forest. We did not see one other person on site for our entire trip. Would highly recommend!!!

Loved this cabin!! The location was perfect, close to Asheville and hiking, but in the mountains. What we really loved was that it was very easy to access off of main roads, but still felt like you were up in the mountains (without having to traverse miles of winding roads).

The cabin was very clean and well stocked for its size. The bed was pretty comfy and we appreciated the extra quilts since it was pretty chilly while we were there. The cell service was a bit spotty at times, but with the WiFi it was no problem at all. The hot tub was also clean and felt great after a chilly day hiking or walking around Asheville.

We walked through the rest of the Cabins of Asheville with our pup and already made notes of which ones we might like to stay in next, for different views. Will definitely keep these in mind for the next time we are in Asheville!

This cabin was amazing! It was a quiet stay with the most beautiful views wether you were looking from the large balcony or the comfort of the hot tub! It was well kept by the host and stocked with everything you would need for a relaxing break in the woods. Definitely not going to be our last visit!

We had a great trip! It rained for 2 days but the tin roof was so calming. The hot tub was wonderful, and the grounds were very serene. So clean! I appreciated the quality linens and grilling supplies. The Blue Ridge Pkwy was surprisingly close too. Be sure to check out the guest books going all the way back to the early 2000s! Highly recommend.

What a special place:) seclusion/peace/wilderness all wrapped up in a cute, spacious cabin. The deck is fantastic! Spent a lot of time just gazing out to the woods. Great view! Oh, and the hottub! Wouldn’t have changed anything about this stay! Worth every cent:)

Back to nature with comfortable home and surroundings. Hot tub great at end of busy day, peaceful evenings and lots of fresh air. If you get a vacant spot grab it, it won’t be available long!

Amazing and quiet! We barely left the cabin. It had everything you need an was very comfortable. We had slight trouble finding it but once you see a small grey/red cement building on the side of the road that is very dilapidated the turn in is directly across from it.

this place is great if you like to relax. we had a whole day planned at the bitmore the day after arrival and we sort of waviered if we even want to go since it was so peaceful. the only thing I would say would be a downside if you could call it one is the "road" off the main road to the cabins is just large stones ot scraped the undercarriage of the car, our car is super low to the ground as well no other issues then that.

Eric’s cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway. Located 30 mins from the heart of Asheville it was a perfect place to unwind and relax in the mountains yet still close enough to the action of the city. This was a well maintained and clean pet friendly cabin. We’ll definitely be visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric's cabin. If you want quiet, with few people around you, and secluded from the roads, this is the place. I had to get used to how quiet it was, but that was ok, because we ended up reading quite a bit, doing the hot tub every night after day-long trips to Asheville, parks, lakes, etc., and just plain chilled out. It's very cozy.

The cabin was fantastic! It was exactly what we needed! It was a short drive to Asheville and it was wonderful to relax in the hot tub after a long day or to just sit on the porch in the morning and drink some coffee. We definitely want to come back!

My wife and I spent a week at the cabin and had a great time, though I think our dog had more fun than both of us. The cabin was clean and the amenities were all as described in the listing. The best part was that despite there being several cabins on the property, the porches all face away from each other so this feels very quiet. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future.
